The actress who voices Microsoft’s own personal assistant is an Apple client

Now this might sound a little bit weird for Microsoft enthusiasts out there. You most likely know actress Jen Taylor, not because of the movies she starred into, but thanks to the fact that she voiced Cortana, the well-known Halo character who’s also the personal assistant currently available on Windows Phone 8.1.

Contrary to what most would expect, despite the fact that she used her voice to bring Cortana to life, Jen isn’t quite the biggest Windows Phone fan out there. Not at all. Instead, she uses an iPhone for her daily routine, including posting on Twitter.

As AppleInsider reports, Jen Taylor has recently posted a photo of Seattle on Twitter from an iPhone, which makes us wonder how come Microsoft hasn’t signed a contract that would have the actress stick to a Windows Phone like forever.

While I’m pretty sure that Apple fans out there are laughing their hats off right now, this isn’t the first time we’re seeing a Microsoftie, or at least someone who worked with Microsoft, using an iPhone.

In fact, buying an Apple product and using it every day as the main phone is the main job requirement of several Microsoft employees, as the company obviously needs to stay up to date with everything that’s happening in Cupertino’s yard.

And still, I can’t help but admit that it hurts a little bit to see Cortana using an iPhone. Thank God we have this video to ease the pain.
